Job summary

OWT Global LLC is seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Analyst to serve as a technical authority supporting the secure implementation and ongoing operation of the ServiceNow platform for the Blue List Program. You will ensure full compliance with federal cybersecurity protocols while enabling secure collaboration and information sharing across the Blue List Program.

Location in San Diego, CA or Fort Lee, VA; US citizenship and active Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of practical cybersecurity experience.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and DoD RMF processes.
• Experience applying federal security directives (NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253) and RMF.

Responsibilities

• Map ServiceNow roles, groups, and access controls to NIST RMF requirements.
• Support vulnerability management programs, assessments, remediation tracking.
• Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSP) and POA&Ms.
• Update RMF artifacts and related documentation continuously.
• Assist with incident response playbooks and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with program teams to integrate security into development and operations.
• Provide technical advisory support to Government personnel on Blue List security matters.
• Monitor emerging threats and policy developments affecting ServiceNow environments.
