Digital Consultants seeks an IT Cybersecurity Specialist to support security architecture, RMF, and ATO activities for the DCMA Blue List Program and its ServiceNow environment.

The role requires mapping to NIST SP 800-53/800-171/172 for CUI, implementing DoD IL4/IL5 controls, and coordinating with the Government PM/AO to sustain the system's ATO.

Applicants should have DoD-focused certifications, a bachelor's in a related field, and five years of relevant experience. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• DoD RMF experience and DoD IL4/IL5 controls knowledge required.
• Active security architecture/engineering qualifications and DoDM 8140.03 awareness.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement ServiceNow security controls (RBAC, ACLs, Data Policies, Edge Encryption).
• Map ServiceNow to NIST SP 800-53/800-171/172 for CUI protection and achieve ATO.
• Develop SSP and RMF artifacts; coordinate with AO and PM to maintain ATO.
• Track POA&M in ServiceNow GRC/IRM; document vulnerabilities and remediation timelines.
• Prepare SARs and continuous monitoring reports before code promotions.
