Job summary

Bering-Alakaina Holdings, LLC seeks a Cybersecurity Program Manager to support a government customer in Quantico, VA. The role is 100% on-site and requires overseeing contract staff, maintaining schedules, and ensuring PWS compliance across a large cybersecurity team.

Candidates should have a CS degree or equivalent experience, DoD 8140 certifications, and a PMP. You will work with COR/KO, manage RMF processes, and ensure DoD network security requirements are met while communicating with senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have DoD 8140 certifications.
• Must have a PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management for contract and staff.
• Advise government organization on cybersecurity best practices.
• Manage project tracking, work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports.
• Lead a large team of cybersecurity professionals and ensure DoD PWS compliance.
• Research new cyber products and present briefings to government staff.
• Coordinate with COR and KO to meet mission requirements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.
