Job summary

Kapili Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to support a government contract in Quantico, VA. This position is 100% on site and requires U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

You will oversee contract and staff, provide guidance on cybersecurity best practices, develop work plans and status reports, and manage a large team to meet PWS requirements while ensuring RMF and DoD network security standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or other relevant discipline or 8-10 years relevant work experience.
• Must have certifications required in accordance with DoD 8140.
• Must have a PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management for contract and staff.
• Provide advice and assistance to the government organization relative to cybersecurity related best practices.
• Responsible for project tracking, providing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Responsible for managing a large team of cybersecurity professionals and ensuring compliance with all PWS requirements.
• Researches and investigates new or improved cyber products and practices and presents briefings and recommendations to the government staff.
• Works with the COR and KO to ensure mission requirements are met.
• Works with leadership on matters concerning the contract including negotiating and approving modifications, all actions necessary to ensure contract compliance and proper performance on assigned work, hiring, firing, and assigning personnel, and taking all actions necessary to ensure contract compliance and proper performance.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or other relevant discipline or 8 - 10 years relevant work experience.
• Must have certifications required in accordance with DoD 8140
• Must have a PMP certification

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with project tracking, providing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Experience performing program management and oversight of a large team of cybersecurity professionals for a DoD cybersecurity program in both NIPR and SIPR environments
• Experience performing offensive and defensive cyber functions affecting cybersecurity posture, both on-premise and cloud
• Strong knowledge of the RMF process
• Knowledge of DoD network security requirements.
• Knowledge of network design, operation, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
