Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sr Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist to support our government customer in Arlington, Virginia. The role is 100% on-site and involves leading RMF and RMF-related activities, vulnerability analysis, and incident response support.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in CS or related field, 4–7 years in a senior cybersecurity role, DoD 8140.03/DCWF, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field with 4–7 years in a lead/senior cybersecurity role.
• IAM Level II, per AR 25-2 and DA Pam 25-2-6 at contract initiation/on-boarding.
• Satisfy mandatory DoD 8140.03 / DCWF certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute continuous system auditing within eMASS and distribute compliance tasks among stakeholders.
• Support ATO sustainment efforts and enforce/regulate RMF, FISMA, PPSM, and DoD Cyber Scorebar compliance.
• Conduct advanced vulnerability scanning analysis and IT personnel security audits.
• Provide technical support for incident response (including classified spillage containment) and deliver localized cybersecurity awareness training.
