Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. in Dahlgren, VA is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to support achieving and maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO) for all systems. You will handle network monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, security enforcement, threat analysis, and compliance auditing.

The role requires DoD-focused expertise with RMF, STIGs, and continuous reviews, plus DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II equivalent certification and active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in information security management, preferably in a DoD environment.
• 2–5 years of experience with eMASS.
• 2–5 years of experience with Navy RMF and POA&M tracking.
• Master knowledge of the Navy SAA policy.
• Experience with annual and quarterly security reviews.
• Experience with DoD STIGs.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment in DoD infrastructure.
• Experience with disaster recovery and COOP.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) for supported systems.
• Monitor networks for security events.
• Conduct vulnerability management and incident response.
• Enforce security controls and perform threat analysis.
• Perform compliance auditing.
