Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst/ISSM to support the 76th Software Maintenance Group at Tinker AFB, OK.

The ISSM serves as senior security authority and SME for assigned systems, ensuring DoD cybersecurity compliance, managing ATO, and guiding teams in protecting classified environments. Responsibilities include RMF lifecycle management, documentation upkeep, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity mentoring for team members, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years Cybersecurity experience (or equivalent).
• OR an Associate's degree and 10 years Cybersecurity experience.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification (CISSP, CISM, GSLC, etc.) or DoD 8140 ISSM-Intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, management, and enforcement of DoD, Air Force, and NIST Cybersecurity policies.
• Manage RMF lifecycle activities including categorization, control selection, validation, continuous monitoring, and ATO packaging in eMASS.
• Oversee documentation: SSPs, SCTMs, POA&Ms, Incident Response Plans, and Contingency Plans.
