• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for degree.

• Review project proposals, including objectives, scope, and user expectations.
• Gather facts, analyze data, and prepare synopses comparing alternatives in terms of cost, schedule, equipment availability, and personnel, with a recommended course of action.
• Prepare detailed specifications for the development of computer programs.
• Design and maintain systems involving multiple varied sequences or formats (accounts, inventory, data workflows).
• Identify likely interactions between related computer systems and assess impact of proposed changes.
• Diagnose and resolve data processing problems.
• Coordinate work with programmers, end users, and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary on-site cybersecurity support, applying security controls and best practices.
