Job summary

Planned Systems Interantional is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to provide centralized credentialing and privileging services for the US Army Reserve. You will manage verification, licensure checks, and file review for healthcare professionals and support the Centralized Credentials Privileging Board.

Responsibilities include preparing credentialing documents, emailing results, and maintaining CCQAS records, while ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of credentialing experience with DoD using CCQAS/JCCQAS.
• Knowledge of verification of licenses and credentials for healthcare professionals.
• Experience handling credentialing and privileging processes for DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the verification process for healthcare professionals (physicians, dentists, nursing, allied health).
• Verify state licensure and data in CCQAS; compile credential review files.
• Prepare reports and notify applicants of credentialing results via email.
• Enter data into CCQAS as the official system of record.
• Coordinate with Centralized Credentials Privileging Board and respond to inquiries.
