Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited college.
• Experience with constructing cost models in a program office.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Products: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with ACEIT.

Responsibilities

• Review technical system requirements to build Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs).
• Work with Engineering and Logistics teams to understand and model acquisition costs.
• Construct Independent Government Estimates (IGEs) to establish cost reasonableness.
• Conduct research to develop Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs).
• Utilize Army's Cost Estimating Structure to develop Program Office Estimates (POEs).
• Follow Army guidelines to ensure costs are projected correctly.
