Job summary

Yulista Holding LLC is seeking a disciplined financial professional to manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost baselines in a DoD contracting environment. You will monitor labor, materials, and subcontractor costs, ensuring variances are analyzed and resolved promptly.

You will prepare invoices per DoD requirements, generate routine financial reports for leadership, and support program reviews and audits with accurate data. Strong Excel, Costpoint, and Project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of project control, financial management, or program analysis in a DoD contracting environment is expected.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance, if required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost baselines.
• Track actual labor, materials, and expenses against plan and resolve variances.
• Prepare and submit invoices in compliance with DoD requirements (e.g., WAWF/iRAPT).
• Generate financial reports and status updates for leadership and customers.
• Support audits, program reviews, and customer meetings with financial data.
