Job summary

FWG Solutions is a rapidly growing systems integrator serving DoD and federal clients. We seek a Project Analyst to track labor hours, costs, and schedules, and to report burn rates and budgets for the LCAC 100 Program.

The role requires five to seven years of relevant experience, DoD/Navy financial systems knowledge, and an Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance. MS Project or Primavera experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience using DoD/Navy financial systems.
• Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the tracking of labor hours and schedules, as well as costs and burn rates.
• Review costs and modifying accordingly.
• Manage schedules and preparing status reports.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Responsible for developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements; monitor and report performance against plans.
• Supports labor tracking and labor hour alignment.
• Review and provide weekly budget analysis reports and resource allocation.
• Support the Navy Program Manager by tracking government labor funding plans.
• Provide task planning activities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus.
