FusionICS, LLC is a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned small business delivering mission‑critical engineering and secure infrastructure solutions for federal clients. We seek a Controls Engineer to support SCADA/ICS characterization, modeling, and intelligence analysis for DoD‑level systems.

The role emphasizes control system vulnerability assessments, digital twin development, and collaboration with interagency partners. Must have TS/SCI clearance and be deployable to CONUS/OCONUS sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls Systems, or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 4–18+ years of experience in control systems engineering, SCADA/ICS analysis, or digital modeling.
• Experience supporting IC/DoD customers is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of SCADA, ICS, and building control systems to identify vulnerabilities and operations.
• Create detailed electrical and mechanical models for digital twin development.
• Visualize control system architecture using AutoCAD, BIM, and Revit.
• Support simulations of HVAC, power, and control layers for disruption scenarios.
