• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to validate design.
• Develop and deliver technical training on uptime and incident management.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for support and upgrades.
• Support policy changes to improve site compliance and operations.
• Contribute to systems integration, admin, and field operations projects.
• Stay current with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging ICS technologies.
