Job summary

Noblis is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of DoD contracts, including administration, negotiation, modification, extension, closeout, and termination. The role demands strong knowledge of FAR, compliance, and proven ability to draft and negotiate critical documents.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Navy contracts and be proficient in MS Office; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a secret clearance are required. Travel up to 10% within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, or Master’s with 3 years, or Associate’s with 8 years, or HS diploma with 11 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify contractual issues and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Lead or participate in negotiation, modification, and administration of standard contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and other government docs.
• Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, and risk.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting contracts/subcontracts, including export considerations.
