Job summary

QED Systems, LLC is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support the PM FPS at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires expert work with FAR regulations and acquisition documents to enable contract actions and program success.

The position involves planning, budgeting, scheduling, and analysis across multiple contractor deliverables. A federal-style environment with government office co-location is expected, with travel under 10% and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Seven (7) years of DoD contract management experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, initiation, tracking, and preparation of Acquisition Requirement Packages and related documents.
• Represents the PM at meetings with external organizations to discuss program requirements and contracting needs.
• Reviews schedules, CDRLs, IMS, and contributes to development and assessment of program schedules.
• Performs data tracking and analysis to support spend plans and program management.
