Job summary

DLH Corporation is seeking a Configuration Management professional to support DoD program CM activities, including CM planning, baselines, documentation, and change control across the system lifecycle. The role requires security clearance and coordination with engineering teams and program offices.

The candidate will lead CM practices, manage CMPRO workflows, and ensure accurate configuration status accounting for developmental and operational systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Six years of computerized system experience including design, development, test and evaluation, network protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX/Windows operating systems.
• Experience with a C4ISR Program of Record (PoR) such as DCGS-MC All Source, DCGS-MC GEOINT, or DCGS-MC SIGINT is required; experience may be concurrent.
• Ability to listen, take direction, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems across the life cycle.
• Provide front-end CM support and guidance to the engineering team; facilitate communication between Change Analyst, engineering, and the program office.
• Develop ECP packages and supporting documentation; manage baselines and support system engineering reviews.
• Identify configuration items, implement change control, and conduct configuration audits; release documents and hardware drawings.
• Maintain software, hardware, and documentation baselines; lead change management and serve as CMPRO admin for assigned projects.
