Job summary

Noblis seeks a Configuration Management professional to lead DoD CM activities in a fast-paced federal environment. You will manage configuration baselines, participate in CCB/PTRB/CIB processes, and ensure CMPRO-based documentation aligns with ANSI/EIA-649 and NAVWAR policies.

Responsibilities include establishing baselines, handling ECRs/EPRs/SRFs, and guiding change implementation across programs. A DoD Secret clearance and 3+ years of CM experience are required.

• Level II ($65,200/yr - $89,700/yr).

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration management issues for all hardware inventory, documentation, product releases, and software CM
• Work with the Configuration Control Board (CCB), Platform Technical Review Board (PTRB), and Change Implementation Board (CIB)
• Define and implement procedures for releasing new products throughout the system lifecycle
• Provide change management and product configuration management guidance
• Develop, implement, and maintain Configuration Management Plans (CMP) per ANSI/EIA-649 and NAVWAR CM Policies
• Establish and maintain Government-approved functional, allocated, product, and as-installed baselines
• Process Enterprise Change Requests (ECRs), Enterprise Problem Reports (EPRs), Service Request Forms (SRFs), and deviation requests through Government CM systems
• Provide configuration status accounting delineating status of changes, proposed changes, and implementation of approved changes
• Support Functional Configuration Audits (FCA) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCA)
• Administer COTS Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) web-based solution CMPRO secure database
• Maintain baseline documents including specifications, drawings, test procedures, and technical manuals
• Ensure only approved changes are reflected in baseline documentation
