Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support secure DoD cloud systems and programs, ensure compliance, monitor cybersecurity posture, and assist the ISSM across development, operations, and security teams.

The candidate should hold DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, have 3 years in an ISSO role, be proficient with RMF/JSIG, SCAP tools, vulnerability management, SIEM (Splunk), and cloud security. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• 3 years of ISSO or equivalent security experience.
• Hands-on with SIEM, vulnerability management, and compliance tools.
• Experience with RMF/JSIG accreditation lifecycle and continuous monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and risk analysis; document POA&M updates.
• Maintain security posture and authorization readiness (ATO).
• Verify authorizations, access controls, and security responsibilities before system access.
• Develop and maintain RMF documentation packages (SSP, SAR, POA&M, ConMon).
• Coordinate changes with ISSM and security teams across development and operations.
