Job summary

CATHEXIS is seeking a Data Scientist/ML Engineer to collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to define analytics capabilities for federal clients. The role focuses on building ML models, enabling customer applications, and delivering scalable, secure data solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong Python programming, applied ML experience, and a passion for communicating complex concepts to varied audiences in an autonomous, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent.
• MS or PhD in CS/EE/Statistics, or equivalent fields preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, implement, and deploy ML algorithms for enterprise applications.
• Assist federal customers to build their own applications.
• Contribute to design and implementation of new features.
