RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an IT Systems Administrator to support a heterogeneous Windows and Linux environment onsite in El Segundo. You will troubleshoot, collaborate with Cybersecurity, manage ESXi/VCenter and AD, and assist with backups and restorations.

The role requires DoD 8570/8140 related certification within 6 months, a US citizenship, and the ability to travel up to 10% for US locations. This is a full-time onsite position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT systems administration in Windows and RedHat Enterprise Linux environments.
• Manage ESXi, VCenter and Windows domains.
• Configure DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication; perform data backup/restore.
