Job summary

WisEngineering, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to support a government program at the DEVCOM Armaments Center on Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ. This on-site role focuses on budgeting, financial planning, and cost analysis using advanced Excel and DoD financial systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years post-degree experience, a bachelor's in finance or related field, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of post-degree financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting experience.
• Expert-level Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Budget execution analysis and fund tracking.
• Variance analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Develop EAs, CBAs, and BCAs models for decision support.
• Manage ULOs, commitments, disbursements, and audits readiness.
• Create advanced Excel tools with pivots, macros and formulas.
• Use DoD financial systems to prepare and reconcile docs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government staff.
