Job summary

Digital Consultants LLC seeks an AV/IT Program Manager to oversee the MSCoE G6 AV/IT Support contract at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. This on-site role leads personnel, maintains performance standards, and ensures operational readiness of AV/IT systems across all supported facilities.

Ideal candidates will have five or more years in AV/IT operations or federal contracts, with strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills, and the ability to navigate DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of AV/IT operations management or federal contract management experience.
• Experience supporting DoD or federal technical service contracts preferred.
• Strong understanding of AV/IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and meet mission timelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the COR and MSCoE G6 leadership.
• Manage contract performance, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee help desk, Tier 1, and Tier 2 service delivery operations.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, Army, MSCoE, and cybersecurity regulations.
• Approve and submit weekly, monthly, annual reports, and all contract deliverables.
• Provide strategic planning for lifecycle management and system upgrades.
• Lead quality assurance and ensure compliance with QASP performance metrics.
• Coordinate event support staffing and readiness planning.
• Implement corrective action plans and manage risks/issues.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and performance records.
