Job summary

Rivet Operations Company in the Quantico area seeks a Financial Analyst I for audit support and financial remediation across PP&E, inventory, and other asset segments. You will work on A2R, P2S, P2P, and O2C processes, ensuring documentation and adherence to policy and controls.

The role requires creating guides and reports, coordinating with IPA and stakeholders, and performing analysis to reconcile trial balances and support monthly/quarterly financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supporting the Navy / Marine Corps Operations, with financial management and accounting.
• At least twenty-four credit hours of accounting-related courses is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with establishing and maintaining auditable opening balance and roll-forward reporting for full financial statements.
• Create and maintain desk guides, SOPs, and job aids for audit, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Provide ad hoc consultations and technical drafting support for end-to-end NFR process and remediation.
