Senior DoD Contracting Specialist SETA for PM PNT

Job summary

Credence is seeking two experienced Contracting Specialists to provide SETA support to PM PNT, coordinating DoD acquisition activities, developing procurement packages, and aligning milestones with program objectives. You will translate requirements into actionable documentation and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely contract actions.

Successful candidates will have a strong background in FAR/DFARS, contract types, and procurement strategy, with active security clearance

Qualifications

• Active secret security clearance is required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, contracting, acquisition, or a related field and at least three years of relevant DoD contracting experience (Level II)
• Level III: Bachelor's with 7+ years or Master’s with 5+ years of DoD contracting experience
• Level IV: 10+ years of DoD contracting experience or Master’s with 8+ years

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, review, and track Acquisition Requirements Packages for Government approval
• Draft SOOs, SOWs, PWSs, performance specifications, and evaluation criteria
• Develop Procurement Request packages to accelerate contracting reviews
• Maintain contract metrics for PM PNT contracting activities
• Coordinate contracting activities with PM PNT leadership and external stakeholders
• Align procurement milestones with the program’s integrated master schedule
• Develop classified and unclassified briefing materials for program reviews
• Track CDRLs and route deliverables for review and action
• Support long-term acquisition strategies including FAR-based acquisitions, OTAs, and MTA pathways
