Job summary

M9 Solutions is seeking a DocuSign CLM Developer to support a federal contract. The role is remote with the client located in Washington, DC, and requires an active Public Trust clearance and US Citizenship.

The position focuses on DocuSign CLM development, templates, workflows, and Salesforce integrations, with emphasis on secure access, production experience, and compliance with federal guidelines, including Section 508.

Qualifications

Demonstrated hands-on, production-level DocuSign CLM development/configuration experience.
Strong experience with DocuSign CLM APIs, document generation, templates, workflows, and approvals.
Proven experience integrating DocuSign CLM with Salesforce.
Experience with complex approval workflows and role-based access.
Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
An active Public Trust level clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Configure and develop DocuSign CLM document generation, including dynamic population of documents from Salesforce data.
Build templates, workflows, approval routing, version control, redlining, comments, and role-based permissions.
Develop and maintain Salesforce-DocuSign CLM integrations, including workflow status and approval updates.
Configure complex multi-step and parallel review/approval workflows for internal and external users.
Support document lifecycle management, including modifications, re-approval, finalization, and read-only controls.
Troubleshoot CLM configurations and integrations through testing and production deployment.
