Job summary

BioIVT is a leading global provider of research models and services supporting drug discovery and development. This role focuses on efficiently preparing documentation for products processed in our laboratory, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will handle shipping labels, air bills, certificates of analysis for over 30 shipments, notify customers of next-day updates, and assist with filing and offsite file storage.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a professional office setting.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail is a critical.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are also required.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
• Experience working with Sage X3 a big plus.

Responsibilities
