Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of HII, is seeking an experienced documentation specialist to maintain controlled records, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the documentation change system. You will help classify, store, and coordinate regulatory submissions for naval programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related exempt experience or a Master's with 4 years of experience, plus equivalency options. On-site work with benefits and a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience.
• Master's Degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalents include NNPS graduate, Navy Nuclear Power School graduate, or 2-year degree with experience.

• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintains the technical and non-technical documentation change system; enforces formatting, standards, and procedures.
