Job summary

Oneida Innovations Group is seeking an experienced Documentation/CDRL Analyst to support program execution through the management, tracking, and delivery of contract documentation and CDRLs. You will regularly interface with executive leadership, program managers, technical SMEs, contracts personnel, and customers to ensure timely development, review, submission, and tracking of deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technical Writing, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting Federal programs as a Documentation Analyst, CDRL Analyst, Program Analyst, Technical Writer, Configuration Management Specialist, or similar role.
  • Experience managing and tracking CDRLs, contract deliverables, technical documentation, or compliance reporting within a Federal contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of contractual documentation requirements and lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews and approvals for customer deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) process, including requirements tracking, scheduling, status reporting, review coordination, and submission management.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers, technical teams, Contracts, and customers to ensure timely and compliant delivery of all contractual documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting templates to monitor deliverable status and program performance metrics.
  • Assist Program Managers in preparing executive-level presentations and Program Management Reviews (PMRs) summarizing program status and key deliverables.
  • Monitor documentation schedules and identify potential risks to on-time delivery; proactively coordinate mitigation actions.
  • Conduct quality reviews of program documentation to ensure consistency, completeness, and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation logs, compliance matrices, deliverable calendars, and related program records.
  • Coordinate contract deliverable reviews and approvals among internal stakeholders prior to submission.
  • Support Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), status reports, technical reports, and other customer-required documentation.
  • Coordinate with Contracts and Program Management to monitor contract modifications and incorporate new or revised deliverable requirements.
  • Support DCMA, DCAA, and customer audits by providing documentation and records as required.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives related to document management, reporting, and contract compliance.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
  • Travel is anticipated to be less than 10%; periodic trips to corporate headquarters in Oneida or support of onsite PMRs may be required.

Position Summary

Oneida Technical Solution, LLC (OTS) is seeking an experienced Documentation/CDRL Analyst to support program execution through the management, tracking, and delivery of contract documentation and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). In this role, you will regularly interface with executive leadership, program managers, technical subject matter experts, contracts personnel, and customers to ensure the timely development, review, submission, and tracking of contract deliverables.

Responsibilities include maintaining CDRL schedules and status reports, coordinating deliverable development across functional teams, supporting Program Management Reviews (PMRs), tracking key program metrics, and ensuring compliance with contractual documentation requirements. The Documentation/CDRL Analyst will also assist in developing and improving business processes to facilitate standardized documentation and reporting practices across the organization.

This is a newly created role to support the company's growth and increasing volume of program activities, primarily within the Federal contracting environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience managing contract deliverables and documentation requirements in support of Federal programs; possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills; and effectively communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to management. As a member of a small, rapidly growing organization, the ideal candidate will be capable of executing assignments independently with minimal oversight.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technical Writing, Project Management, or a related discipline.

  • Experience creating status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with document repositories, collaboration tools, and tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification or equivalent project/program support certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).
  • Experience supporting DoD contracts and customer reporting requirements.
  • Experience with document management systems and configuration management processes.
  • Experience working with IT professional services contracts.
  • International business experience, including Foreign Military Sales experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs).
