The State of Illinois is seeking a Documentation Reviewer for the Engineering Technician III role at Dixon. You will assist Resident Engineers/Technicians with audits of construction records, compile final pay quantities, and prepare documents to initiate contractor payments.

Ideal candidates will have two years of college in civil engineering technology or related fields, with extensive engineering experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule across

Qualificações

• Two years of college in civil engineering technology or a related technical/science curriculum; plus 30 months of engineering experience; or six years of engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Audits progress and final documentation to verify work by contractors and support final payment processes.
• Review and process change orders, weekly reports, and pay estimates.
• Compile final contract pay quantities and coordinate submission of documents for payments to contractors.
• Provide guidance on proper documentation to ensure audit reliability and expedite processes.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
