You will be the operational backbone that turns approved deals into funded transactions, making sure every UCC filing, landlord waiver, vendor invoice, and funding package is accurate, complete, and on time. Success looks like clean, audit-ready files, no funding delays caused by documentation gaps, and deals that close on schedule because the paperwork never slows them down.
