The Operations Document Specialist provides technical and administrative support to Manufacturing, Operations, SHE, and Maintenance teams surrounding Document Control, site Training and Hourly hiring administration. Reports to Operations Manager.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, balance competing deadlines, and coordinate training and procedural activities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of operational excellence, safety principles, and site procedures, with the ability to support the successful execution of plant and business strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proven conflict resolution skills with the ability to address challenges constructively and foster positive working relationships.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence outcomes, drive initiatives, and contribute to both short-term and long-term business objectives.
Working knowledge of manufacturing and operational processes, with the ability to understand unit operations and support site performance goals.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess available information and make timely, effective decisions.
