INEOS Aromatics is seeking a Technical Superintendent to lead operations, coaching engineering teams and ensuring safe, compliant plant performance. You will supervise Optimization Engineers, Senior Process Engineers, and Laboratory staff, reporting to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include MoC reviews, process safety leadership, and driving continuous improvement across reliability, safety, and cost performance in coordination with site leadership.

The Technical Superintendent will provide leadership, coaching, resources, boundary conditions and motivation to help operating teams successfully accomplish performance contract targets and objectives. Supervises Optimization Engineers, Senior Process Engineers, and Laboratory personnel. Works with the Operations Manager to oversee daily plant operations and reports to the Operations Manager.
This position and all positions within the INEOS Aromatics organization require commitment to learning and following INEOS Aromatics principles, processes, behaviors, and Life-Saving Rules. Provides leadership and support to promote adherence to the 20 Principles for Managing Behavioral Safety and Process Safety and Life-Saving Rules. Leads by example through incident investigations, observations, and audits. Completes corrective actions arising from these activities.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are carefully made based on the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
