Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control checks to identify missing pages, misalignment, or distortion in scanned files.
• Verify integrity of document images by comparing with originals when needed.
• Ensure scanned documents are correctly indexed and filed per protocols.
• Flag discrepancies and provide feedback to scanning team for corrections.
• Maintain detailed records of quality control checks and trends.
• Collaborate with scanning and document management teams to improve processes.
• Perform additional duties related to document management.
