Responsibilities

• Sort and open the mail.
• Create batches and scan documents into OnBase.
• Electronically indexing the documents to the appropriate case file.
• Taking inventory, ordering supplies, and postage funds.
• Any other required tasks.
• Processing documents within the two-day window.
• Accurate routing of the documents.
