The role involves processing or routing incoming documents, recognizing relevant documents for processing, and adhering to productivity and accuracy standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the processing or routing of incoming documents or email requests.
• Recognition of Underwriting, Claims, or Audit documents to determine processing.
• Follow prescribed training guidelines to achieve assigned Performance Goals.
• Adhere to prescribed productivity standards.
• Adhere to prescribed accuracy standards.
• Contribute to team meetings to meet service level standards.
• Maintain a professional working relationship with colleagues at Markel.
