Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in document imaging, transaction processing, or related production environment preferred.
• Experience using high-volume scanning equipment and imaging software preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered; ability to pass a background check and/or drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform document preparation, image capture, indexing, validation, and quality review of scanned documents.
• Operate high-volume scanning equipment and imaging software per procedures.
• Maintain production standards for image quality, throughput, accuracy, and batch integrity.
• Resolve routine scanning, indexing, and image-quality exceptions and rescanning when required.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas and train other associates.
• Manage respective team.
