Job summary

Inteligent Image Management, Inc. (IIMI) in Hartford, CT, is seeking an experienced Document Imaging Operations Supervisor to oversee daily preparation, scanning, indexing, and QA across a 10–20 person team.

The role includes supervising, scheduling, training, and mentoring, ensuring on-time delivery, accuracy, and compliance, while contributing to process improvements and production reporting. This is a full-time, in-person position with competitive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in production, operations, document imaging, or a similar environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, train, and manage a team.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

  • Ensure confidential records are handled securely and appropriately.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Inteligent Image Management, Inc. (IIMI) is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Document Imaging Operations Supervisor to oversee daily document preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality‑assurance operations. This position will supervise a team of approximately 10-20 employees, maintain productivity and quality standards, support hiring and training, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Employment Type:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Compensation:

$45-55K annually, based on experience and qualifications

Locations:

Henderson, Nevada or Hartford, Connecticut (In‑Person Only)

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily document preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality‑assurance operations.

Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and support a team of approximately 10-20 employees.

Qualifications and Skills:

At least two years of supervisory or management experience in production, operations, document imaging, document management, print services, or a similar environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, train, and manage a team.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced production environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.

Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or reposition document boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.

Experience with FedEx Office, The UPS Store, Staples Print & Marketing Services, commercial print shops, copy centers, or similar document‑production environments is highly desirable.

Experience as an archivist or librarian is a plus.
