Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• TS/SCI POLY clearance required.
• At least 1 year of professional business experience.
• Experience performing document imaging, records digitization, or electronic document management.
• Working knowledge of document management systems and records management procedures.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with consistent accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move document boxes weighing up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for digitization by removing staples and organizing records for scanning.
• Operate high-speed document scanners and other imaging equipment to convert physical records into electronic formats.
• Digitize a variety of media including paper documents, oversized records, photos, microfilm and microfiche.
• Perform image quality control to verify scanned images for completeness and clarity.
• Maintain production logs and tracking records to document completed work and support chain-of-custody.
• Ensure digitized records are processed, stored, and transmitted in compliance with federal information security and records management regulations.
• Meet daily and weekly production quotas while maintaining quality and accuracy.
