Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a senior-level project manager to oversee full lifecycle management from scope definition to status reporting. You will assist with group development, workforce planning, and hour estimates for multiple projects.

The role requires extensive experience, exceptional communication with diverse stakeholders, and the ability to supervise PDDM teams on and off site. Strong problem‑solving and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Accredited four‑year degree or global equivalent in applicable field.
• Fifteen years of work‑related experience, or nineteen years if non‑degreed.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project life cycle from scope to status reporting.
• Assist Senior Manager with group development, workforce planning and estimates.
• May give presentations to clients, projects, or management.
• Provide supervision to PDDM Technicians, Specialists, Supervisors, and Analysts.
• Utilize Fluor's document management system at a high level.
• Perform labor forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting cadences.
