Responsibilities:

• Review documents from Institutional clients and report on exceptions.
• Match data of documents based on agency guidelines or custodial agreements.
• Match documents to the Document Custody tracking system.
• Upload review data to the tracking system for reporting and tracking.
• Determine if documents are original or copies and update the system.
• Follow review criteria according to procedures.
• Update the system with exceptions and issues found.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
• Escalate risk issues to management.
• Support a diverse environment reflecting the client's brand.
• Maintain internal control standards and support audit and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits:

Pay: $18.00/hr.

Hours: 40/week.

Duration: Temporary (2 months).
