Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in College Park, GA is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Quality Coordinator I to monitor packaging codes, inspect products for quality, and ensure compliance with GMPs and FDA/USDA standards.

You will work with state-of-the-art equipment in a safety-first warehouse environment. The role requires at least a high school diploma with preference for an associate’s degree and prior experience in a food-grade facility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in food grade facility.
• Experience with GMPs, FDA, USDA, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify and monitor finished packaging codes per specifications.
• Inspect products for quality issues and remove defects/contaminants before packaging.
• Perform timely checks to meet specifications.
• Provide supervisors with proper quality documentation.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety and compliance.
• Ensure product quality meets FDA/USDA requirements and customer guidelines.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
