Job summary

ABB is seeking a Document Control Clerk for its ABB Installation Products Caribe LLC site in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. The role focuses on maintaining SOPs, procedures, and system data with strict version control and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate holds an associate or bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in document control or quality systems, preferably within manufacturing, and is fluent in English. On-site work with ERP/QMS exposure is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of document control, data management or quality systems experience.
• Experience with ERP or QMS systems (SAP, Oracle, SharePoint, Master Control).
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update controlled documents with proper version control and approvals.
• Oversee document lifecycle: creation, review, distribution, archiving.
• Manage physical and digital filing systems for accuracy and access.
• Support audits with required documentation and training for staff.
