PSI Molded Plastics Indiana Inc is seeking a Full-Time Technical role in South Bend, IN. The position focuses on compiling and maintaining control records, PFMEA, process flows, ECN documentation, and related quality assurance tasks within a manufacturing environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and solid written and verbal communication skills. Physical demands include exposure to a manufacturing setting and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Mansioni

• Create & maintain Quality Control Plans, PFMEA and Process Flows for new product launches and engineering changes to existing product lines.
• Manage ECN process and updates all necessary documentation.
• Quality Job (1st pc books) including Beach Quality ECN Check Sheets, Historical Data, FPI, Red Tag control, customer correspondence, deviations, and booking.
• Manage POM Books (Process Operating Manuals) including Point & Touch, Packaging Instructions, Attribute Charts, In-process Inspection sheets, Work Instructions, Gage Instructions, Operator Sign off Sheets.
• Maintain Gemba Boards and oversee sorting, rework, hold tags, and incident reports.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager, may include internal auditing and incoming inspection.
