Job summary

ON.energy in Georgia seeks an experienced document control professional to manage project records from kickoff to handover. You will ensure version control, track submittals, RFIs, drawings, and ensure compliance with procedures.

This role requires strong English, Procore and ACC proficiency, superb organization, and the ability juggle priorities in a fast-paced energy construction environment. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of document control experience.
• Strong working proficiency in English.
• Strong proficiency in Procore (required).
• Experience with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) (required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

ON’s patented AI UPS™ is a medium-voltage UPS that serves as a firewall, protecting the data center from the grid, and the grid from the data center.With multiple gigawatts currently under construction, we are enabling grid-safe data centers.

Overview

This role will support project execution by managing, tracking, and maintaining critical project documentation. The ideal candidate has strong experience in construction or energy project environments and is highly proficient in Procore.
