ON.energy is seeking a seasoned document control professional to manage and maintain project documentation for energy and construction projects in the United States. The role emphasizes Procore and ACC expertise, version control, and stakeholder coordination to ensure accurate deliverables.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of document control experience, strong English skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

ON's patented AI UPS™ is a medium-voltage UPS that serves as a firewall, protecting the data center from the grid, and the grid from the data center.With multiple gigawatts currently under construction, we are enabling grid-safe data centers.

Overview

This role will support project execution by managing, tracking, and maintaining critical project documentation. The ideal candidate has strong experience in construction or energy project environments and is highly proficient in Procore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure proper version control, distribution, and storage of documents.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with document control procedures and standards.
