Vanguard EMS, Inc. is seeking a Document Control Representative to lead and maintain our documentation program. You will work closely with the manufacturing and quality teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date work instructions and controlled documents within the Quality Management System.

You will format, edit, and release manufacturing documents and labels, provide QMS training, and help improve our documentation processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience with documentation control practices in manufacturing.
• Experience or certification in technical/engineering fields is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead the document control team: set vision, policy, and plans.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure document accuracy and compliance.
• Create, format, edit, and maintain controlled documents in QMS.
• Develop and release manufacturing work instructions and labels.
• Provide training on QMS processes related to Change Management.
• Back up document control personnel as workload requires.
• Support Agile system configuration and IT software validations.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and reduce cycle time.
