Job summary

Vanguard EMS, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon, seeks a QMS Document Control Supervisor to lead the document control team, ensure timely creation and maintenance of work instructions and controlled documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality, provide training on Change Management, support IT through validations, and drive continuous improvement of documentation processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with documentation control in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the document control team and set vision and plans.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality to ensure document accuracy.
• Create, format, edit, and file QMS documents and work instructions.
• Provide training on Change Management and Document Control.
