Job summary

INDECOMM in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for the Document Custody Center. The role oversees day-to-day operations, including document management, shipping, workflow coordination, production planning, and supervising a team of 20+ employees during the 2nd shift.

You will work with the DCC supervisor and IT to resolve system issues, monitor client SLAs, and drive productivity and quality. On-site position with 11 AM–8 PM CT hours.

Qualifications

• Supervise 20+ employees with coaching and performance management.
• Strong organization and workflow coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of 20+ employees on 2nd shift; schedule and coach.
• Manage DCC processes: trailing documents, recording, scanning, shipping, storage.
• Collaborate with DCC supervisor to plan production and staffing based on volume forecasts.
• Monitor SLAs and production metrics; ensure quality and productivity goals.
