Job summary

Glass House Brands Inc. seeks a Document Control Manager to own the controlled procedure library and training records that support our quality management system across cultivation, post-harvest, and quality operations.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will establish, administer, and scale document control, change control, and training evidence, ensuring current procedures and verifiable training across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in document control, quality systems, technical writing, or records management.
• 4+ years in document control, quality systems, or technical writing within a regulated production environment.
• Experience administering a controlled document system (version control, change control, periodic review).
• Working knowledge of document and training record requirements under GACP, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, or equivalent.
• Strong technical writing skills with procedures for a production audience.
• Experience building or migrating a document control system, not just maintaining an established one.
• Experience with an eQMS or document management platform such as MasterControl, Veeva, Greenlight Guru, or equivalent.
• Conversational Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the document control system and platform, including change control and procedure authoring standards.
• Manage training record system evidencing who is qualified to perform each procedure.
• Build and evolve the document control foundation to support internal audit, corrective actions, and certification.
• Collaborate with cultivation, post-harvest, and quality operations across sites at Camarillo and Carpinteria.
